Tim's drive to inspire, lead, and find solutions is balanced with a patience and open mindedness that has been fined tuned over the years. He's learned from so many, of what it takes to manage a group of wonderful people to be the best they can be! Tim believes success is achieved through hard work, and surrounding yourself with great people.
